Job DetailsProject AccountantEastwood Libis QC (WFH During Pandemic)Monday to Friday | 3 PM to 12 AMResponsibilities:• Performed project set up in Oracle (Ad hoc basis)• Monthly update project budgets in Oracle• Monthly review projects where incurred costs to date exceed budget• Monthly update project dates• As purchase requisitions are submitted, review against project budgets and either approve or request additional information from the Project manager – (Ad hoc basis)• Create invoice events in PA module for milestone (Ad hoc - As requested by PM teams)• Invoicing• Cost report generation (Ad hoc)• Close Projects in Oracle (Weekly)• Close projects module monthly

Qualifications:• At least 3 years experience in a similar role• Bachelor’s degree in accounting• Good grasp of GAAP• Keen attention to detail• Experienced in Financial analysis, budget preparation, financial management, auditing, and management consultation.• Good Communication Skills.
