
Bookkeeper
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who will manage the company's financial records, such as sales, receipts, payments, and purchases. Your primary responsibility will be recording all financial transactions of our business, daily. You will have to collaborate with our accounting team to help prepare financial reports, analyze results, manage invoices, and tax payments, and verify the compatibility with legal regulations.

Job Details:
Bookkeeper
Work from home
Monday to Friday | 3 PM to 12 AM
Responsibilities:
· Record cash receipts and revenue transactions
· Enter bills and other expense transactions
· Pay bills and assist with other accounts payable functions
· Calculate and process payroll
· Collect and maintain accounting support
· Prepare bank reconciliations
· Assist with month-end closing activities
· Identify erroneous transactions/discrepancies within books and notify Manager, when needed
· Prepare and post necessary journal entries · Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
· Issue financial statements
· Export data to excel and perform simple analysis
· Maintain or modify chart of accounts, if needed
· Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
· Communicate with clients and provide ad-hoc assistance, when needed
· Follow accounting policies and procedures
· Assemble information for external auditors, if needed
· Assist with ad-hoc reporting
· Other duties as assigned (including special projects as needed)
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, required
· Proficient with QuickBooks Online accounting software
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Basic knowledge of GAAP preferred
· Microsoft Excel Software
· Ability to download Slack application (either on computer or phone)
· Ability to download Zoom application (either on computer or phone)
· Personal computer with reliable internet access’
· Ability to self-manage task/responsibilities
· Anticipate and meet deadlines
· An eye for detail
· Aptitude to check/validate own work and identify issues/discrepancies
· Communicate issues with the Management team in a timely and concise manner
· The ability to communicate complex data clearly to both the Management team and Clients
· Customer service skills
