This position can be based anywhere in the US and requires global collaboration. 

 

Position Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for key sales enablement program including improving our On Boarding program for field roles, improving distribution of usage of sales content plus helping to improve communications to the field organization. A key focus will be the designing, implementing and evaluating a world-class role-specific onboarding program to attract top talent and decrease ramp time. They will be responsible for needs analysis, content development, knowledge sharing and training delivery, communication, optimization and assessing the outcomes.

 

Responsibilities:

Partner with field leadership and marketing to design and develop virtual onboarding training programs for our field team

Establish Onboarding program objectives, success metrics and milestones tracking metrics over time and collecting feedback on the program

Ensure programs are scalable and accessible for all field teams, in alignment with the broader enablement programs for field teams

Design and measure a 30/60/90-day ramping plan for all field new hires tracking progress and solving issues to ensure faster ramp time. 

Develop, deliver, and facilitate compelling learning sessions to support onboarding programs. 

Design a framework for distribution and usage of field content to help field members be effective and efficient in conversations including content purging, content gaps and training on the use of content delivery tools. 

Design and develop a model for field communication and learning including virtual sessions, virtual workshops, newsletters, and self-paced learning. 

Ensure communication delivered is field ready including writing newsletters, coaching speakers and structuring virtual enablement sessions. 

Speak and present effectively as well as motivate virtual attendee in the communication of sales process and product topics

Continuously enhance instructional design, delivery, and presentation skills

Develop self-paced virtual learning courses to help improve product and sales proficiency. 

 

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

2+ years’ experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas

2+ years’ experience in a quota carrying role

Experience developing and deploying onboarding program including measuring impact of onboarding programs

Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.

Success in coaching sales development, account managers, account executives and sales directors

Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches

Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries.

Knowledge of tools including Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Looker

Involvement and participation in sales enablement groups or communities (ideal)

Previous experience in instruction design (ideal)
