Summary:&nbsp;

<span style="font-weight: 400;">The Sales Enablement Manager will design, implement, and manage enablement programs for the Sales teams. This role is critical to our success. It will be responsible for creating, executing, and delivering training focused on supporting our teams. This role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

What You Will Do: &nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop role-specific onboarding materials and curriculum for Sales and Business development Onboarding Programs

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gather, review, and scale prospecting best practices through creating actionable training content for our weekly prospecting training program in partnership with Sales Leadership

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support the creation and delivery of training that supports Securly’s Sales processes and methodology

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with Sales, Product Management and others in the development of ongoing product training, process improvement, and rep development.&nbsp; Work closely with the Operations Team to launch and enable new processes and tool changes.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Have the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and prioritize based on business needs.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support the Sales team through identifying and analyzing knowledge or skill gaps and developing ongoing learning programs that provide a solution for the holes found

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with the Marketing and product teams to educate the Sales team on critical programs and how to use them to drive pipeline

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with the Sales Leaders to support the sales team's growth and build promotion readiness training certifications

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead a monthly go to market meeting with the sales team to update them on sales process changes, announcements, new training, etc.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with the leadership to execute effective reinforcement and coaching disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">3+ years experience in a sales training/enablement, revenue enablement, or learning and development role

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">1+ years of SaaS sales management experience preferred, or 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying direct sales role

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with e-learning platforms and sales automation tools (content development tools, content management, and LMS learning management systems )

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experienced with ADDIE instructional design and adult learning methodologies preferred

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deep understanding of SaaS strategic sales cycles, sales process, and sales leadership coaching

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated experience in coaching and reinforcing a sales methodology

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in the creation of sales enablement programs that focus on competitive differentiation and execution

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to think creatively and develop training programs/exercises to close gaps, solve problems and improve sales skills

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A passion for coaching and developing world-class talent

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A results-oriented attitude, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
