We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can join us and oversee our fantastic Paid Acquisition team and their operations driving growth.
We have an awesome existing team with a close-knit culture working on Paid Acquisition, and this is a terrific opportunity to mentor and help us reach the next level - whilst contributing to Cleo’s long term acquisition strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
Working with the leadership team to create goals for our acquisitions channels
Owning the performance (New users, ROAS, spend) of our acquisition channels against the company’s goals
Collaborating with our creative lead to identify new opportunities for growth
Managing the awesome team and supporting them to fulfill their potential.
Leading the team’s approach to optimising our current channels
Launching new products across our mix of paid marketing channels
Finding new channels to continue Cleo’s stellar growth
Being a vocal advocate of the ‘Paid Acquisition’ team within Cleo
What we’re looking for
You’ve got 5+ years of experience as a performance marketer with experience optimising across multiple channels.
You’ve worked on optimising other aspects of Growth Marketing (organic growth, ASO, paid search, re-engagement and deeper funnel activities)
The ability to be hands-on where necessary but also effectively delegate to drive the team forward.
A skilled and caring people manager who can support their team to achieve results
A proactive person, you are enjoying finding opportunities and driving them forward.
A doer, you are happy to get stuck in and do what it takes to hit the goals.
