This Role

Customer Experience es el departamento que se encarga de diseñar, implementar y asegurar la  experiencia de las tiendas (partners) y clientes a través de nuestros canales de atención, con cada  contacto. El equipo está conformado por CX Supervisor, CX Reps y quien lo lidera es el CX  Manager.
