About the Role:

<span style="font-weight: 400;">As the Sr. Mgr. Social Media Strategy you will report to the VP, Community and Social and be a key leader across the Marketing org.We are looking for a creative self-starter whose superpower is the ability to engage and grow social media audiences so that observers become fans and fans become advocates. This person will be responsible for development and execution of social marketing communications and initiatives that support and build the Braintrust brand in the eyes of our core audiences (Talent, Web3 and Crypto Enthusiasts) and communities across the globe. These campaigns will cover a broad range: from social-first campaigns, to integrated campaigns across the full marketing mix.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">This individual will have a proven success record in developing social and editorial strategy, executing creative development, increasing brand social engagements and partnering closely with cross functional partners. You will focus on executing a global social strategy and content on platform, as well as building brand visibility as a category leader in Web3 and the Future of work.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">The ideal individual for this role has a strong background in developing creatively led brand-marketing campaigns (across the globe), a deep understanding of the cultural landscape, a unique passion for problem-solving and developing content that sparks conversation.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Execute against relevant partnerships and events for social media collaboration

Responsibilities

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive an increase in engagement, mentions, impressions, followers/subscribers on owned social channels

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and manage the execution of social campaigns

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Test influencer marketing programs to build awareness with our core audiences

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build partnerships with other Web3, Freelance and Hiring communities to expand our reach through multi-channel campaigns

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with the Director of Community Content to deliver valuable content that is grounded in a solid base of community understanding and structured to deliver data-driven results

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Execute against the social editorial calendar, including copywriting, editing, and creative content creation

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with the VP, Community and Social&nbsp; to develop and execute against a social media Ambassador program

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop clear reporting, and deliver insights to optimize our social strategy for greatest impact and resonance

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analysis of cultural, community, media and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Stay on top of up-to-the-minute social media industry trends, competitive landscape, and developments with social platforms

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate audience knowledge to the wider team

<li style="font-weight: 400;">Be a strategic thought partner to the VP, Community and Social

<li style="font-weight: 400;">Team leadership including contractors and agency relationships

Requirements

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5+ years experience in social marketing, with at least 1 year in team management experience (managing contracts, ambassadors, contributors, etc.)

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deep experience creating content and audience engagement for multiple social channels with a focus on&nbsp; LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bonus: experience with using and managing Discord and Telegram channels

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You bring fresh ideas to any project or conversation

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Project management skills

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">In-depth knowledge of social media trends and Internet culture

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Someone who isn't afraid to take on all kinds of tasks and learn new things

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A passion for the Internet or Web3 or experience in gaming/crypto&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience using social media listening software and tools
