Shifting Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls (inbound & outbound)

• Respond to customer chat and email promptly.

• Verify customer account information

• Assist customers with their orders, refunds, or exchanges

• Provide best in class experience to customers to promote retention

Qualifications:

• At least 1-year experience in a Customer Service role

• Good English communication skills

• Highly organized

• Good Attention to detail

• Flexible on work schedules
