About the Role:

<span style="font-weight: 400;">As the Sr. Mgr. Community Experience, you will be a key leader within the Marketing organization reporting to the VP, Community and Social. This is an important role for the&nbsp; Braintrust Community and this leader will be responsible for building and driving multiple new and existing programs that will touch and influence multiple channels and all areas of the business. This core role will work closely with the VP, Community and Social to define and drive the overall Community Experience and build new programs (E.g. Groups, Gamification, Advocacy) in addition to managing and evolving our integral forum experience in partnership with our Community Mgrs.

Areas of Focus:

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Build the overall Community experience strategy in close collaboration with Community leadership and design partners.&nbsp;

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with the VP, Community and Social to review and explore new core technology needs for the Community.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Launch a Groups program to deliver discreet experiences to the Community.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Working cross-functionally to build and execute a gamification and advocacy program.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Deliver an improved core forum experience that has connections to the product.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead the Community experience team, including contractor and agency relationships.

Responsibilities

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Defining the Community approaches by core audience segments (E,g, Talent, Web3 and Crypto)

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Build and execute the Groups program based on Location, industry, interest and identity.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Working cross-functionally to deliver new Community standards.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Working with the Community leadership and cross-functional leaders to define a new Community onboarding experience.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Build and deliver a gamification and advocacy program, working closely with key stakeholders.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Review and define the new core forum strategy based on core audience segments.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Perform RFI/RFP with Community leadership&nbsp; to deliver the right technology platform for Community.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead and develop the Community experience team including contractor and agency relationships.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with with Sr. Mgr. Social Media Strategy to create a seamless off/on platform experience with Community and Social.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Build the appropriate metrics and KPIs for Community.&nbsp;

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Use regular user research to check progress and help drive the direction of the Community Experience strategy.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be a strategic thought partner to the VP, Community and Social.&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Think strategically and present innovative solutions with actionable improvements.

Requirements

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At least 5 yrs of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in a startup environment.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience driving strategy within large scale Community programs.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence across teams

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Highly entrepreneurial get-things-done leader who can change strategic direction, and know when it is necessary.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience building or executing gamification/advocacy programs.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Flexibility and the ability to navigate a fast-paced and often changing start-up environment

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A customer obsession with experience of working in both B2B and B2C organizations. (Marketplace experience is a plus.)

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience launching Groups programs and other large scale Community initiatives.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A learner who is aware of leading edge Community approaches.
