THE TEAM YOU’LL WORK WITH

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Ready to build the go-to-market operations for a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company? As a Revenue Strategy &amp; Operations Manager, you will do just that. The Revenue Operations team is building the blueprint to help Qualia scale. Our goal: support our go-to-market partners and help Qualia realize revenue faster and more predictably. In this role, <span style="font-weight: 400;">you will work directly with both our Customer Success and CS Ops teams to help accelerate revenue from Qualia’s existing customer base. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As a Revenue Strategy &amp; Operations Manager you will;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own the post-sale revenue strategy. Understand our TAM, uncover new revenue opportunities in our installed base by product / customer, develop &amp; execute playbooks to accelerate revenue generation

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build real-time dashboards and generate compelling insights around CS&nbsp; and CS Revenue team effectiveness

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist RevOps and CS leadership&nbsp; with quarterly/monthly business reporting, strategic planning, and OKR management across CS and CS Revenue teams

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify, report on, and communicate insights based on relevant <span style="font-weight: 400;">CS (Support, CSM, Onboarding, Services) and CS Revenue (Renewals, Cross-sell sales)<span style="font-weight: 400;"> metrics which includes an understanding of key behavioral and output metrics that drive a go-to-market funnel

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help the CS Ops leader&nbsp; coach the CS Ops team to manage their projects with data-based insight with the goal of enabling key stakeholders to make data-driven decisions&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own and improve renewals reporting to help senior leaders understand key metrics such as customer retention, churn, and downgrade.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure the leadership team is confident in their understanding of an increasingly complex&nbsp; renewals pipeline and forecast motion

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Acutely understands a B2B SaaS sales cycle and customer journey

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A drive to execute, realize lasting impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">An owner mentality: You take pride in your work and view what you do as a part-owner and builder of Qualia

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">An eye for analytics: You know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions we can take based upon the results. You are a power user of Excel, can build easy-to-consume data visualizations, and have experience in data validation

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Champion good data management practice (e.g., model structuring, accuracy checks, logic tracing) and how to approach a problem statement critically

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Project management reps: You can scope a complex project, break it into chunks, and execute against a work plan. You communicate deliverables regularly and avoid preventable fire drills

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">An affinity for technology: You are able to understand the capabilities and limitations of technology (specifically Salesforce, Gainsight, and Outreach.io) which allows you to clearly articulate the business requirements of your stakeholders

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A love for partnering: You get organizations are made up of very different parts. You relish influencing others and co-piloting cross-team initiatives

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Comfort operating independently in a fast-changing environment and with multiple teams relying on you

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A deft ability to communicate data into relevant insight: You know how to create compelling presentations and can lead executives through data deep-dives. Additionally, you’re eager to build slick Tableau dashboards

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A minimum 6-8 years of ever-increasing responsibility in a revenue operations or analytics role&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Previous SaaS, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Sales Operations experience
