We combine human-centered design, powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale.The Catalyst Team is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

At Catalyst a Solutions Architect will lead a range of large-scale technical implementations contribute as a thought leader and take a lead role in shaping the practice. Architects thrive in a collaborative environment plays nice with our passionate teams of strategists developers and designers crafts solutions to complex problems and shines when preparing and leading technical presentations to decision-making audiences. We offer a wide array of solution offerings that help our customers create more meaningful connection points with their audiences across all channels. Our digital technologists help forge the path toward the connected enterprise by using the entire Sitecore Experience Platform.

Responsibilities

Architect large-scale Technical solutions, including logical and physical design of system components such as database, server architecture and communications frameworks to support Technical implementations

Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and other Catalyst team members to define the vision, scope, and requirements for projects

Document the overall system architecture and describe its various components, features, and functionality in enough detail for the development team to move forward with implementations

Contribute to development efforts and review other team members’ work to ensure alignment with client expectations and Catalyst’s coding and quality standards

Collaborate with our business development team and account directors to support sales efforts on new opportunities and produce development estimates

Decides and designs the tools, framework and languages appropriate for integration.

Lead multiple solutions across projects, and POC’s for designs and solutions. Creates quality gates and controls. SPOC for non-functional requirements

Provides guidance on best practices, in-depth knowledge on upgrades.

Improve Concentrix's presence in Sitecore Community by contributing to external forums and developer community.

Lead the design and development.

Conduct code reviews, peer reviews to check if defined design, architecture patterns and coding standards are implemented to defined requirements

Qualifications

Must Own the technical aspects of the client relationship on Technical implementations and act as the final point of escalation for any technical related issues

Must Be accountable for architecting Technical implementations that are delivered on time and on budget, ensure that project managers have clear visibility to project tasks and timelines

Must Be committed to making Catalyst an awesome place to work and be a developer

This is a Client Facing role that will require being comfortable in presenting ideas, whiteboarding solutions as well as being a good team leader to the group of developers.
