Job Summary

SHI has an exciting opportunity as a Corp Presales Services Architect- Messaging & Identity. We are seeking a subject matter expert that is focused on writing statements of work for professional services projects related to Microsoft Exchange Online, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory product suites for SHI Customers for small to large accounts.

This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Act in a trusted advisor role with prospects and existing professional services customers to understand their business requirements and services implementation needs

Scoping Microsoft messaging professional services engagements directly with customers including multiple complex scenarios and source messaging environments. Consolidation and collapse of Microsoft 365 tenants.

Scoping Microsoft 365 professional services engagements directly with customers with a focus on identity architecture including multi-directory consolidation, Azure Active Directory Premium features, SSO Integration, and Zero Trust Architecture.

Discovering existing architecture and strategies in place within customers messaging and identity environment.

Creating presentations and on demand demonstrations to refine customers’ requirements related to Messaging and Identity.

Conduct technical discovery, identifying pain points, business, and technical requirements, “as is” and “to be” scenarios

Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to the team’s objectives and key results

Qualifications

5 plus years working experience with managing and deploying IT solutions in as many of the below solution categories

Microsoft On Prem and Microsoft 365 Solutions (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Microsoft Teams, and Security)

End user workstation and devices

Ability and desire to work within a team environment, and at times independently

Proactive mindset. Sales mentality.

Experience working in complex IT sales opportunities,

Commitment to customer services and being ridiculously helpful

Deep understanding of the IT services Industry

Strong sales and technical skills and talents required

Highly organized individual with strong written and verbal communication skills

Required Skills

Technical Writing: Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.

Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Complex Problem Solving — Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Additional Information

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $160,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
