Job Summary

SHI has an exciting opportunity as a Corp Presales Service Architect -Endpoint and Security. SHI has an exciting opportunity as a Corporate Presales Service Consultant - Endpoint. We are seeking a subject matter expert that is focused on writing statements of work for professional services projects related to Microsoft Intune and the Microsoft 365 Defender product suite for SHI Customers for small to large accounts.

This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Act in a trusted advisor role with prospects and existing professional services customers to understand their business requirements and services implementation needs

Scoping Microsoft Intune professional services engagements directly with customers that include Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, and Linux operating systems.

Scoping Microsoft 365 Defender professional services engagements directly with customers with a focus on Endpoints, Email, Identities, Applications, Data, and IoT devices.

Discovering existing tools, controls and strategies in place within customers environments related to Unified Endpoint management (UEM), endpoint detection and response (EDR), data loss prevention (DLP) cloud access security brokers (CASB)

Creating presentations and on demand demonstrations to refine customers’ requirements related to Microsoft endpoint and security toolsets.

Conduct technical discovery, identifying pain points, business, and technical requirements, “as is” and “to be” scenarios

Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to the team’s objectives and key results

Qualifications

5 plus years working experience with managing and deploying IT solutions in as many of the below solution categories

Microsoft On Prem and Microsoft 365 Solutions (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Microsoft Teams, and Security)

End user workstation and devices

Ability and desire to work within a team environment, and at times independently

Proactive mindset. Sales mentality.

Experience working in complex IT sales opportunities,

Commitment to customer services and being ridiculously helpful

Deep understanding of the IT services Industry

Strong sales and technical skills and talents required

Highly organized individual with strong written and verbal communication skills

Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Additional Information

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $160,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
