WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Part of TIFIN, TIFIN Wealth is a next-gen enterprise platform that empowers intermediaries to grow their practices with a personalization and intelligence stack (read front office). &nbsp;&nbsp;

<span style="font-weight: 400;">This position is responsible for identifying and closing business by way of building relationships with prospective customers, which are the top financial institutions, wealth enterprises, broker dealers, and asset managers in North America.&nbsp; We are an early stage fin tech company, with marquee clients.&nbsp; The successful candidate will build on this foundation and build a strong pipeline of qualified deal opportunities and execute winning sales strategies to close&nbsp; business in converting those opportunities.&nbsp; This is a true greenfield opportunity; the clients want and need our proven solution.&nbsp; We need your drive, your hunter instincts, tenaciousness, and your commitment to our mission to help us achieve our aggressive sales objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp;

<span style="font-weight: 400;">This career requires a thorough understanding of the TIFIN Wealth business model and Platform.&nbsp; Additional qualifications are strong communication skills. Your ability to work effectively with other members of the team will be critical to be successful in this role.

THE ROLE:

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop, strategize, negotiate and close business. Instill customer confidence and trust in the company, leading to long term business relationships.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Capitalize on FinTech industry knowledge and existing customer contacts to uncover future business opportunities.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Uncover needs and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within the identified target accounts and customer segments.&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Make sales calls – both cold and warm; generate qualified sales meetings with financial services c-level executives.&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Understand customer priorities and position the TIFIN Wealth solutions to meet those needs.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build account plans and strategies for each target account.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling and value selling techniques.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Apply presentation, consultative selling, and storytelling skills to deliver sales presentations at senior/executive levels.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Incorporate thorough understanding of FinTech industry trends and issues into sales presentations.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Track the sales process through weekly forecast submissions and sales operations updates to quantify and qualify opportunities at their respective sales stages.

WHO YOU ARE:&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5 + years of successful solution sales experience, preferably software in a B2B environment

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven ability to orchestrate complex solution sales cycles in Fortune 50 companies

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working in a start-up and/or small, fast-paced environments with little structure

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated ability to understand sales barriers and overcome objections to close business.&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated success in being a “hunter,” with the ability to open doors and deliver on annual quota.&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated track record of breaking down barriers via cold-calling, email marketing, networking to raise brand awareness, to gain access to C-level economic buyers within financial institutions; having mastered the art of prospecting

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Candidates should be located on the East Coast; being located in or near Charlotte, NC a plus.

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required.&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Financial services, fintech and/or technical industry experience strongly preferred.&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated track record of building long-term successful relationships based on trust with stakeholders, including customers, staff, and other internal/external stakeholders.&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Expert written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with SalesForce CRM a plus.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">The position requires approximately 30 – 40% travel.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:

<span style="font-weight: 400;">For NC and CO Applicants: The expected starting base salary range for this position is between $125,000 - $150,000. OTE is 100%+. &nbsp; Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for incentive compensation as well as client acquisition bonus programs.&nbsp;&nbsp;
