The Role

Customer focused: Our customers are changing the way nails are done, and it is your job to exceed their expectations of what a cosmetics experience should be. You will be interested in building the next revolution in cosmetics for 7 billion people. We expect you to go above and beyond for our customers.

Your main focus will be advertising in the digital market with an emphasis on Facebook and Instagram. We are ready to scale our business to reach everyone on the planet and need your help telling the stories that will transform the beauty industry.

Who we are looking for:

A savvy and proactive person to help us scale up our Marketing efforts through broad campaign creation and experimentation.

The media coordinator/digital media specialist is tasked with securing advertising in the digital space with an emphasis on Facebook and Instagram. Media could include paid search, paid social, display (Google Ads and others), SEO, etc.

The media coordinator will be willing to learn and conduct research to help identify the right digital media mix for specific campaigns. The needs will differ based on the needs of the project, so it is important to approach each problem individually and maintain strong communication in order to work well with co-workers, and outside parties.

It is also important to be able to multitask, as multiple campaigns are usually assigned at once. Attention to detail is key, as all digital campaigns will need constant monitoring and optimization. Furthermore, the ideal team member will have the following:

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for Multimedia content creation. This includes:

Running digital advertising campaigns in Google Ads and other platforms before, during and after campaigns, including implementation, optimization and some reporting.Work with the team to develop and execute bidding strategies, including but not limited to keywords, objectives, demographics, remarketing, retargeting, custom audience lists, etc.Help to analyze and optimize campaigns throughout their duration in order to maximize results for campaign KPIs. Assist in A/B testing to improve performance.In conjunction with the digital strategy team, assist with SEO for our global websites.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, shifts and best practices, building your skillset into the digital media buying subject matter expert. Obtain relevant certifications (e.g. Google Search Certification).

Basic Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office equivalents.Critical thinking, problem solving, and determinationPrepare schedules, adjusting as needed.Experiment and keep up to date with new platforms and channels.Monitor costs, goals and return on investment (ROI)Demonstrate a commitment to our company's core values

Preferred:

Intermediate Excel skillsHighly organized and detail oriented.Google Search, Google Display and Video Certifications are a plus.Awareness of Google AnalyticsTertiary degree in marketing, data science, communications or related discipline.Experience in digital functions including digital strategy, paid search, digital advertising, SEO strategy development.Prior experience in a service-focused industry: E-commerce expertise is not required.Ability to motivate and develop individuals and teams
