Job Summary
SHI is currently seeking a talented Inside District Sales Manager to focus on hiring and developing new sellers in a high growth geographic area. This individual will be responsible for leading the hiring and onboarding efforts of new Enterprise Sellers. This includes accelerating the ramp time for new hires to acquire new buying accounts to SHI and perform at specific production levels for their tenure in role.
The Inside District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all sales activities within a defined district for Enterprise Sales with the focus of meeting sales targets. The Inside District Sales Manager will manage a team of Account Executives in the field and oversee the team's performance, focusing on developing new business with existing customers and acquiring new customers across a Named Account List. Working with our Sales Leadership, Internal Support, and our Training and Development Teams, the Inside District Sales Manager will be enabled to position SHI’s Innovative Solutions and World Class Support to their Target Customer List.
This is a hybrid position required to report to the SHI Austin, TX office location twice per week, while working remotely the remaining three days per week.

Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
Execute on Sales Motions and Campaigns and drive exponential territory growth
Drive sales strategy and work with Account Executives and the Regional Director to attain sales quotas
Drive partner field engagement
Schedule and attend customer appointments
Engage internal company resources into the sales process
Manage a professional sales team of Account Executives in a designated territory and oversee performance, motivate and mentor the team
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers
Oversee accurate pipeline management
Establish and develop strong partner relationships within the assigned district
Work with Marketing to effectively create brand awareness
Take ownership of the top customers in territory
Understand local candidate pool market
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to effectively create brand awareness and effective recruiting events
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing the onboarding of an Enterprise sales team in a designated territory
Collaborate on recruiting strategy to attain hiring headcount goals
Interview and help select Account Executive candidates to add to the Enterprise Sales Team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3+ years of Inside/Outside sales experience
Experience working with C-Level executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Possess a proven track record in attaining sales goals and quotas
2+ years’ track record of successful onboarding new hires in Sales
Experience interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Enterprise Sellers
2+ years’ experience managing Enterprise Sellers at SHI preferred

Position requires travel into market as needed for customer onsite meetings
Position requires travel to company events and meetings
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $225,000 - $350,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
